Young Talents Cursus
Each year, we recruit between 5 to 10 young talents, freshly graduated.
In September, our young talents begin an intensive program distributed over a period of 3 months that will help them providing expertise and a quality service to our clients in their future missions.
The Young Talents’ training program consists of a succession of classes ( 1 to 3 days per class). Courses are reviewed each year to provide an updated content in line with the market’s needs.
A few of our classes :
SQL, Data Warehouse Modeling, Java, .NET, Python, Qlik, UML, Spring, Oracle DBA, SAP BusinessObjects,…
Soft-skills classes are also available: Preparation for interviews, introduction to theatrical improvisation.
Some of these courses even prepare for certifications.
We offer to all consultants the opportunity to certify themselves in different technologies and methodologies (SQL, Java, Python, Data Scientist, SAP, Scrum …).
Each certification is a plus. Hermès promotes the achievement of certifications.
After a few years, our consultants usually hold several personal certifications, which they can value throughout their career.
